Delivery conditions
- The delivery periods stated by us are non-binding. If they are considerably exceeded, the customer may declare withdrawal in the event that delivery has not been made within a grace period of at least one full month. Further claims due to exceeding the delivery deadlines are excluded.
- The dispatch of the goods, including any returns, shall be for the account and at the risk of the buyer. The shipping method (standard DHL parcel shipping) is left up to the supplier, but we will choose the fastest and most cost-effective shipping method for you. Dispatch and delivery are always at the risk of the recipient.
- Shipping costs: € 5.90 shipping costs (flat rate nationwide) for EU € 10.90
- The buyer must report theft, transport damage, etc. to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the consignments.
Complaints can only be taken into account if they are reported within 8 days after arrival of the consignment. We cannot accept any complaints made at a later date. Otherwise, the statutory warranty periods apply. We would like to point out that only properly completed warranty claims can be processed by us. - Returns must be discussed or agreed with us and must always be made carriage and packaging paid for us.
